Bold visual showing a character with a megaphone alongside the word ‘unapologetic’ and phrases about staff expectations and organisational identity.

By using actual voices from within the organisation, we developed an adaptive type that could be animated to reflect the emotion or action of the words being spoken. This significantly enhanced the narrative and maintained the fluidity and engagement as outlined in the original brief.

We complemented this approach with an illustration style that aligns with the brand’s aesthetic while also representing the diverse range of staff members who were involved.
